MËRGATA SHQIPTARE NË BOTË, MË SELI NË NEW YORK PRESIDENCËS SË REPEBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË, QEVERISË SË REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË, DHE PARLAMENTIT TË REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË REAGIM
Duke percjellë më vemendje situatë aktuale dhe gjendjën e përgjithshme politike të institucioneve më të larta shtetërore të shtetit amë - Shqipërisë e në veçanti, të Parlamentit shqiptar të seances se fundit ku për rend dite kishte aprovimin – votimin PRO apo KONTRA Rezolutës për gjenocidin serb në Srebernicë të Bosnes dhe Hercegovinës, gjenocid të cilin e tërë bota demokratike e ka dënuar, Parlamenti shqiptar me shumicë votash, në vend që të votojë PRO, votoi kundër kësaj rezolute! Mërgata Shqiptare në Botë, më seli në New York, të cilën e përbëjnë shqiptaret e të gjitha trojeve shqiptare, në Shqiperi, Kosovë, Kosovën Lindore, Iliridë, Mal të Zi dhe në mergatën shqiptare trekontinentalësh. SHBA, Evropë dhe Australi - shprehi indinjatën më të thellë dhe shqetësimet tona për një akt të tillë të turpshëm dhe të papresedan të Parlamentit të Shqipërisë! Legjislacionet e kaluara parlamentare te Republikës së Shqipërisë, për habi, kanë neglizhuar çështjen e gjenocidit në Bosne e Hercegovinë edhe pse kjo ndodhi mbi dy dekada e gjysmë. Tani, me futjen në parlament të kësaj rezolute për dënimin e gjenocidit nga Serbia, pakuptueshem votohet kundër rezolutes, vihet ne veprim percaktimi i parlamentarëve me paraqitje dukshëm të interesave partiake antikombëtare, pa u përcaktuar dhe menduar se me këtë veprim po vritet imazhi i kombit Shqiptar në përgjithësi. Mos përkrahja e rezolutës kundër gjenocidit të ushtruar nga regjimi serb mbi popullatën e pafajshme boshnjake në Srebernicë, do të thotë pajtim edhe më gjenocidin serb. Mërgata Shqiptare në Botë më seli në New York, uron që Parlamenti Shqiptar të veprojë në ruajtjen dhe kultivimin e vlerave kombëtare Shqiptare në të ardhmen, për çka, deri tani nuk është parë.
Arsyea është e thjeshtë: E tërë bota demokratike e ka pranuar se në Srebernicë ka ndodhur gjenocid mbi popullin e pafajshem boshnjak si dhe gjykata ndërkombetare me vendim të prerë juridik ka vërtetuar gjenocidin. Prandaj, Parlamenti Shqiptar, në afatin sa më të shkurter që është e mundur, të votojë PRO Rezolutës, në të kundërtën po e mbron gjenocidin serb. duke u perdorur ndikimi i mardhënieve Rama-Vuqiq. Është e pa kapshme dhe e pa imagjinueshme që Parlamenti shqiptar është i vetmi Parlament në Botë përveë ai Serb e Rus që votojnë një rezolutë pro serbe që Serbia të mos dënohet për gjenocid mbi popujt jo sllavë në ish Republikat Jugosllave si në Kroaci, Bosne e Hercegovinë dhe në veçanti në Kosovë. Një shtet qe e perkrah gjenocidin dhe krimet e luftës se regjimit gjenocidal siç është Serbia, do të thotë se ai shtet nesçr po t’i jepet mundësia, mund të jetë edhe më kriminel.
Populli- kombi shqiptar, gjatë gjithë historisë ka ngritur zerin fuqishëm ndaj krimeve dhe gjenocideve, njëherit ka ndihmuar duke strehuar njerëz të cilët kanë qenë cak i krimit dhe gjenocidit. Andaj, kërkojmë nga Parlamenti i Shqipërisë dhe parlamentarët t’iu shmangen favorizimeve të përkatësive partiake në dëm të imazhit të shtetit dhe kombit në tërsëi. Më shpresë se reagimi do të shqyrtohet .

The Albanian Parliament must vote FOR the Resolution against the Serbian genocide in Srebrenica.

Dear leaders, Following more closely the current situation and the general political situation of the highest state institutions of the mother country - Albania and in particular, of the Albanian Parliament of the last session, where the agenda was the approval - voting PRO or CONTRA Resolution on the Serbian genocide in Srebrenica of Bosnia and Herzegovina, a genocide that the whole democratic world has condemned, the Albanian Parliament with a majority of votes, instead of voting PRO, voted against this resolution! The Albanian Diaspora in the World, based in New York, which consists of Albanians from all Albanian lands, in Albania, Kosovo, Eastern Kosovo, Ilirida, Montenegro and in the Albanian tri-continental diaspora. USA, Europe and Australia - we express our deepest indignation and concerns for such a shameful and unprecedented act of the Albanian Parliament! The past parliamentary legislations of the Republic of Albania, surprisingly, have neglected the issue of genocide in Bosnia and Herzegovina even though it happened over two and a half decades. Now, with the introduction in parliament of this resolution condemning the genocide by Serbia, incomprehensibly voted against the Resolution, the appointment of parliamentarians with visible representation of anti-national party interests is put into action, without defining and thinking that this action is killing the image of the Albanian nation in general. Failure to support the Resolution against the genocide perpetrated by the Serbian regime on the innocent Bosniak population in Srebrenica, means reconciliation with the Serbian genocide.
The Albanian Diaspora in the World, based in New York, wishes the Albanian Parliament to act in the preservation and cultivation of Albanian national values in the future, for which, so far, has not been seen. The reason is simple: The whole democratic world has acknowledged that genocide took place in Srebrenica against the innocent Bosnian people and the International Court of Justice has ruled in a final legal decision. Therefore, the Albanian Parliament, in the shortest possible time, to vote FOR the Resolution, otherwise is defending the Serbian genocide, using the influence of Rama-Vuqiiq relations. It is elusive and unimaginable that the Albanian Parliament is the only Parliament in the World except the Serbian and Russian ones that vote for a pro-Serbian resolution, so that Serbia is not convicted of genocide against non-Slavic peoples in the former Yugoslav Republics of Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and especially in Kosovo. A state that supports the genocide and war crimes of a genocidal regime such as Serbia means that it could be even more criminal if given the opportunity tomorrow. The Albanian people-nation, throughout history has raised its voice strongly against crimes and genocide, at the same time helping by sheltering people who have been the target of crime and genocide.
Therefore, we ask the Parliament of Albania and the parliamentarians to avoid the favors of the party affiliations to the detriment of the image of the state and the nation as a whole. Hopefully our feedback will be taken into consideration! Brotherly, We salute you!
