Regjistrimi i popullsisë filloi më 3 mars 2021 në Maqedoninë Veriore dhe do të vazhdojë deri më 21 Prill 2021. Çdo qytetar i lindur në Maqedoni dhe fëmijë të lindur jashtë vendit por të regjistruar në Maqedoni që kanë numrin amzë në certifikatën e lindjes, pasaportën, certifikatat e kurorëzimit dhe letërnjoftimin kanë të drejtë të regjistrohen. Siç e dini, në 2001 regjistrimi u ndalua për arsye politike pasi regjimin i Gruevskit e zu paniku me që shqiptarët do të dilnin me dyfishin e numrit zyrtar nga të dhënat zyrtare nga autoritetet në statistikat e tyre në MV. Dhe pikërisht këtu qëndron rëndësia e regjistrimit të çdo shtetasi shqiptar, sepse sipas kushtetutës së MV, të drejtat politike dhe civile diktohen dhe burojnë nga sfondi i çdo etnie. Që do të thotë se nga përfaqësimi politik bazuar në përqindjen e popullsisë së etnive bëhet shpërndarja e buxhetit, kapitalit, investimeve, punësimit, bursave për studentë, subvencioneve për fermerët, donacioneve për komuna, donacioneve për kulturë, shkolla, arsim, artet dhe të tjerët. Dhe siç e dini sot, populli shqiptar në MV është i diskriminuar në çdo fushë të përmendur më lart si rezultat i diskriminimit që buron nga kushtetuta e MV si një shtet unitar i sllavo-maqedonasve që sipas sajë ne trajtohemi si një pakicë kombëtare, edhe pse në realiteti jemi mbi 40% të popullatës në MV që sipas standardeve demokratike duhet të trajtohemi si një faktor shtet-ndërtues i barabartë me sllavët maqedonas. Në ndërkohë, ne posaçërisht u bëjmë thirrje shqiptarëve ortodoksë që në të kaluarën sistemi i mëparshëm i detyronte ata të regjistroheshin si sllavë maqedonas, kësaj here për t'u bërë të vetëdijshëm dhe për të rifituar identitetin e tyre të vërtetë të paraardhësve të tyre, të regjistrohen si Shqiptare. Ashtë një fakt që nga dërgesat e mërgatës shteti i MV, sipas bankës shtetërore të MV, merr rreth 2 miliardë euro në vit, dhe shumica dërrmuese e këtyre fondeve diku 75-80% vijnë nga emigrantët shqiptarë. Sidoqoftë, shpërndarja e financave nga qeveria e MV deri më sot nuk ka qenë në përpjesëtim me përqindjen e popullsisë dhe shqiptarët vazhdojnë të diskriminohen dhe trajtohen si pakicë dhe jo si etni ndërtuese e shtetit të cilës i përkasin. Regjistrimi i mërgatës është një faktor jetësor për shqiptarët e Maqedonisë dhe është një mbështetje e fortë dhe kontributi më i madh që mund të japim për atdheun tonë.

Dhe formulari i regjistrimit vjen direkt në postën tuaj elektronike së bashku me "fjalëkalimin". Hapni faqen dhe shenoni të dhënat e kërkuara aty. I gjithë procesi zgjat jo më shumë se 10 minuta për të plotësuar formularin e regjistrimit. Dear Albanian brothers and sisters of Northern Macedonia living and working in Diaspora. The population census started on March 3, 2021 in Northern Macedonia and will continue until April 21, 2021. Every citizen born in Macedonia and children born abroad but registered in Macedonia who have the birth certificate number, passport, coronation certificates and identity card has the right to register. As you know, in 2001 the census was stopped for political reasons after the Grevskis regime panicked as Albanians would come out with twice the official number given by the authorities in their statistics. And this is exactly where the importance of registration of every Albanian citizen lies, because according to the constitution of the NM, political and civil rights are dictated and distributed in accordance with the percentage of every ethnicity. Which means that from the political representation based on the percentage of the population of the ethnicities is done also the distribution of the budget, capital investments, employment, scholarships for students, subsidies for farmers, donations for municipalities, donations for culture, education, arts and others. And as you know today, the Albanian people in NM are discriminated in every field mentioned above and as a result of the discrimination that emanates from the constitution of NM as a unitary state of Slavo-Macedonians where we are treated as a ethnic minority, although in reality we are over 40% of the population in NM, which according to democratic standards we should be treated as a state-building factor equal to the Macedonian Slavs. In the meantime, we especially appeal to the Orthodox Albanians that in the past the previous system forcibly forced them to register as Macedonian Slavs, this time to become aware and regain their true identity of their ancestors, the ethnic Albanian identity. The fact that from the remittances of the diaspora the state of NM, according to the state bank of NM, receives about 2 billion Euros per year, and the vast majority of these funds somewhere 75-80% come from Albanian emigrants. However, the distribution of finances by the NM government to date has not been fair and within the percentage of the population. As a result Albanians continue to be discriminated against and treated as a minority and not as a state building ethnicity to which they belong. The registration of the diaspora is a vital factor for the Albanians of Macedonia and is a strong support and the greatest contribution we can give to our homeland.

And the registration form comes directly to your e-mail along with the "password". Open the page and enter the required data there. The whole process takes no more than 10 minutes to complete the registration form. The implications of not registration may be numerous in the future such as the loss of citizenship, loss of the right to vote, the loss of inheritance, but the most vital importance is the advancement of the status of our brothers and sisters in NM as a state-building people!
